Planning a wedding can be a stressful!  I have found that my clients each have unique needs, and so I offer many different options. I am also available for travel, should your plans require my assistance out of state.

Option I:  Consulting Only

Many people just don’t know where to begin!  There are so many decisions to be made.  I can assist you in finding vendors, and a location.  This is often the hardest part of the planning process. 1 hour free consultation. 

Option II: Full Planning

Many people want to be able to relax and enjoy the process.  Let me do all the work for you.  I can assist in choosing vendors and negotiating terms with them.  I will attend all appointments with you.  This option also includes rehearsal coordination, wedding day coordination, running errands .  You name it, I can do it!  It will be like having a personal wedding assitant!

Option III: Partial Planning

Many other brides prefer to do all of the planning up front, but need assistance executing the plan.  With a this option I can assist with setting up venues in the beginning and assist with rehearsal and wedding day coordination if necessary at the end.

You will also still be able to contact me throughout the entire process should you need additional assistance.  I have found many times Brides realize there is something they want to have as part of their special day, but may not know how to accomplish their goal or find what they are looking for.  I can assist you to make those ideas a reality.

Option IV: Rehearsal and Day of Wedding Only

This option is for those who only need help coordinating her wedding day. This is the most popular option I have.  This includes meeting a month before the wedding to review the details, contacting the vendors to finalize details, choreographing the rehearsal, and being on site for the wedding and reception.  This option is a wonderful solution for Brides who would like to enjoy their day free of dealing with the details, and also helps to free the parents up so that they can also relax and enjoy the day. 

 

Option V: Parties or Receptions

I can arrange rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, corporate events and Birthday Parties. I can help with all details to make your event special.
